Volunteer roles
Pick one, or mix and match. Every role below is unpaid, entirely voluntary and can be paused whenever life gets busy.

The quickest way to help is to tell people. Share Neighbourly with your street, your workplace, your church, your school group or your family WhatsApp — every new member means another request answered.
Refer someone1–2 hours a month
Many of the people who need help most aren't online. Request a printed leaflet pack and pop them through doors, or leave them in your library, GP surgery, corner shop or community centre.

Moderators review new requests before they go live, keep an eye out for anything unsafe or misleading, and answer member reports. Full guidance and a friendly team channel provided.
