What's needed

I have a long-term condition that makes this difficult. Everything needed is already here, so it's really just the time and a spare pair of hands. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Please do get in touch if you think you could help. I'm based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
