What's needed

I'm 78 and it's simply beyond me these days. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
