What's needed

I'm registered disabled and struggle with anything heavy. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. There's parking right outside and easy access round the back. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Kansas City, Missouri.
