What's needed

I broke my wrist last month and I'm still in a cast. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. I'd love to learn as we go if you don't mind explaining what you're doing. I'd be very grateful for any offers. I'm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
