What's needed

I'm registered disabled and struggle with anything heavy. I can offer a cup of tea, biscuits and good company while we get it done. I'm free most days apart from Wednesdays. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
