What's needed

I have a long-term condition that makes this difficult. There's parking right outside and easy access round the back. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Providence, Rhode Island.
