What's needed

I'm registered disabled and struggle with anything heavy. I'm free most days apart from Wednesdays. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
