Video calling my grandchildren — can't get it working if anyone's free

What's needed

My partner usually helps but they're away with work. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. Thank you for reading — it means a lot that people look out for each other round here. I'm based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
