What's needed

I broke my wrist last month and I'm still in a cast. I can offer a cup of tea, biscuits and good company while we get it done. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Portland, Oregon.
