What's needed

I broke my wrist last month and I'm still in a cast. There's parking right outside and easy access round the back. I'd love to learn as we go if you don't mind explaining what you're doing. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh.
