Help budgeting after losing hours at work — flexible on timing

What's needed

I have a long-term condition that makes this difficult. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. There's parking right outside and easy access round the back. I'd be very grateful for any offers. I'm based in Luton, Bedfordshire.
