What's needed

I broke my wrist last month and I'm still in a cast. I'd love to learn as we go if you don't mind explaining what you're doing. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Brighton, East Sussex.
