What's needed

I care for my mum full time and can't get out much. I can offer a cup of tea, biscuits and good company while we get it done. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. I'd be very grateful for any offers. I'm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
