What's needed

I'm a single parent working shifts and time is tight. There's parking right outside and easy access round the back. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Nashville, Tennessee.
