What's needed

Money is tight this month and I'd rather ask than go without. Everything needed is already here, so it's really just the time and a spare pair of hands. I can offer a cup of tea, biscuits and good company while we get it done. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Richmond, Virginia.
