What's needed

I'm 78 and it's simply beyond me these days. There's parking right outside and easy access round the back. I can cover the cost of any materials, I just can't do the job myself. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Boston, Massachusetts.
