What's needed

I'm 78 and it's simply beyond me these days. Everything needed is already here, so it's really just the time and a spare pair of hands. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Northampton, Northamptonshire.
