What's needed

Money is tight this month and I'd rather ask than go without. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. I'm free most days apart from Wednesdays. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Watford, Hertfordshire.
