What's needed

I care for my mum full time and can't get out much. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. I can offer a cup of tea, biscuits and good company while we get it done. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Reading, Berkshire.
