What's needed

Money is tight this month and I'd rather ask than go without. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. I'd love to learn as we go if you don't mind explaining what you're doing. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Sacramento, California.
