What's needed

I care for my mum full time and can't get out much. I can offer a cup of tea, biscuits and good company while we get it done. There's parking right outside and easy access round the back. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Manchester, Greater Manchester.
