What's needed

I care for my mum full time and can't get out much. I'm free most days apart from Wednesdays. Everything needed is already here, so it's really just the time and a spare pair of hands. I'd be very grateful for any offers. I'm based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear.
