What's needed

I'm recovering from surgery and can't manage it on my own. Everything needed is already here, so it's really just the time and a spare pair of hands. I'd love to learn as we go if you don't mind explaining what you're doing. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
