What's needed

I'm 78 and it's simply beyond me these days. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. I can cover the cost of any materials, I just can't do the job myself. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Cardiff, South Glamorgan.
