What's needed

I'm recovering from surgery and can't manage it on my own. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. I'm free most days apart from Wednesdays. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear.
