What's needed

I care for my mum full time and can't get out much. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Everything needed is already here, so it's really just the time and a spare pair of hands. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Preston, Lancashire.
