What's needed

I'm 78 and it's simply beyond me these days. I'd love to learn as we go if you don't mind explaining what you're doing. Everything needed is already here, so it's really just the time and a spare pair of hands. I'd be very grateful for any offers. I'm based in Seattle, Washington.
