What's needed

I'm 78 and it's simply beyond me these days. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Happy to work around whatever suits you — mornings, evenings or weekends. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Dallas, Texas.
