What's needed

I'm 78 and it's simply beyond me these days. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. Thank you for reading — it means a lot that people look out for each other round here. I'm based in Plymouth, Devon.
