Video calling my grandchildren — can't get it working

What's needed

I broke my wrist last month and I'm still in a cast. I'd guess an hour or two would cover it, but I'm not in a rush. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. Even pointing me towards someone local would help. I'm based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
