What's needed

I'm 78 and it's simply beyond me these days. Everything needed is already here, so it's really just the time and a spare pair of hands. I'm free most days apart from Wednesdays. Thank you for reading — it means a lot that people look out for each other round here. I'm based in Bedford, Bedfordshire.
