What's needed

I'm registered disabled and struggle with anything heavy. Any help at all, even part of it, would make a real difference. I can cover the cost of any materials, I just can't do the job myself. Happy to say a proper thank you, and to return the favour when I'm back on my feet. I'm based in Chicago, Illinois.
